1. Greet Each Customer With A Smile And A Friendly Greeting.

2. Beat The Customer To The Seat And Present A Menu With A Complete Setting Of Silverware.

3. Suggestive Sell Extra Items As The Customer Places Their Order.

4. Write Out The Guest Check And Price Each Item.

5. Call In Order In A Loud, Clear Voice.

6. Wait, Watch, And Listen For Call Back.

7. Anticipate Your Customers Needs.

8. Deliver Hot Food Promptly.

9. Follow Through, Prebus, Suggest

10. Collect Payment At Register And Thank Each Customer For Eating At The Waffle House.

  2. Right.. We have that problem at our store. Servers leaving the Mark in the middle of a call to fix the drinks etc... It's a bad habit that we develop on slow shifts... But when we're busy it causes problems. We jump in between each other. And that's a huge problem. My motto is very on the Mark and stay there.
